| · Headset Warranty
All products sold by Fulcrum come with the manufacturers two-year warranty, which covers damage through wear and tear, not abuse. Headsets that are broken through ill treatment are chargeable items and will be treated as such and customers will be billed.
A third year warranty is available on some products but this is done on a case-by-case scenario, please contact us for more information or e-mail jason.begbie@fulcrum-headsets.co.uk

| · Delivery
Orders from Fulcrum are usually dispatched within 72 hours of receipt, however this can be affected by stock delays from time to time, should you be experiencing a delay longer than 72 hours please send an e-mail to the following claire.bowles@fulcrum-headsets.co.uk who will investigate for you.

Trial Products:
Units loaned on a trial basis are to be returned to Fulcrum within the designated time period on the trial documentation. If the units are not returned it becomes a chargeable item and the full face value will be invoiced inclusive of carriage at the standard rate. When returning goods please ensure all packaging received with the good inclusive of boxes are returned.

Purchased Products :
If you have purchased a product and want to return it to Fulcrum Headsets please send an e-mail to the following address claire.bowles@fulcrum-headsets.co.uk detailing the reason for the return of the goods. You will then be issued with a returns number by return mail. Please note the terms below .
Please note we will only accept goods back on the following basis:
- If they are not required they are returned within 10 working days of purchase
- If they are faulty they are returned within 1 month of purchase or they will be sent for repair after this period and returned to you
- f the product is not compatible or you have received the incorrect goods we would require these to be sent back within 7 working days
Returned goods will only be accepted with all packaging supplied inclusive of all user guides and boxes, if these are not received then a charge of 20% of the retail value will be applied to all credits .
